Job Purpose and Impact:

Key Accountabilities:

Identify and provide resolution in analytical instrumentation maintenance.
Execute sample loading, processing and chromatographic problem resolution and effectively communicate results to diverse scientific teams.
Stay current with business trends and conducts root cause analysis of business problems to draw conclusions about business operations and suggest changes or improvements.
Prepare analytical samples, standards and properly disposes of waste in accordance with guidelines in a high safety focused environment.
Use a variety of laboratory instrumentation and complex analytical methods to isolate, identify and quantify components of biological matrices and other samples.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

Basic technical knowledge in analytical chemistry and sterile techniques
Experience working in a commercial plant or piloting facility
Background in chemistry
