Role Overview:

As a
Graphic Design Consultant with Keystone Solutions, you will engage in a variety of projects at different client locations, initially focusing on assignments for a prominent financial services client.

This role involves developing and updating various publications to ensure they meet the client's visual identity standards and deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

One-Off and Ongoing Assignments: Provide graphic design services for individual projects and continuous updates to publications such as brochures, product sheets, general terms and conditions, and advertisements.

Visual Identity Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to the client's visual identity guidelines.

Layout Management: Format texts and tables provided by the client in MS Word and Excel, managing multiple language versions.

Photo Retouching: Edit and enhance photos to meet the client's specifications.

Prepress and Print Coordination: Handle prepress tasks and coordinate with print services to ensure high-quality print outputs.

Final Deliverables: Produce 'good for print' versions of texts in PDF format.

Proofreading: Conduct detailed proofreading of all materials before delivery.

Online Communication: Prepare and optimize materials for online communication, providing appropriate digital formats.

File Preparation: Produce required files, including PDFs for website placement and InDesign files.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Expertise in Adobe CC 2024: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud 2024 suite.

Specialized Knowledge: Expertise in personalizing communication media to ensure consistency with the client's visual identity and messaging.

Multilingual Proficiency: Fluency in French (FR) OR Dutch (NL), and English (EN).
