We are looking for a new colleague in our department "Site HR" at our location in Lommel (Belgium).

Your tasks:

Responsible for planning and coordinating the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair and replacement of fleet vehicles
Develop and maintain outside vendors and service provider relationships as well as manage handovers of cars between outgoing and incoming employees including temporary vehicle hire when required
Ensure compliance with all corporate policies; must be able to enforce policies and provide feedback where needed to ensure compliance across all associates with fleet vehicles
Effectively communicate current and future utility fleet needs as well as effectively utilize all system tools, manage reporting and maintain accurate records
Take the lead in developing an EV fleet transition strategy based on local regulations and requirements as well as ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations throughout countries where we have fleet vehicles

Your profile:

Several years of experience in a officer / admin level role supporting and/or managing company car fleet/fleet vehicles
Intermediate skills in excel/Microsoft office in order to create reports and efficiently analyze data as well as experience working in a matrix team environment, crossfunctional coordination
Ability to analyze processes and data and make recommendations for process improvements and defining program goals and guidelines
Proactive attitude and the ability to 'make things happen' as well as teamoriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
Good communication skills, fluent in English
