_Our client_
Our client is an international energy group, which is ready for the transition to a hybrid energy future, combining digitalization and transformation processes to reach a complementary energy system that considers renewable energy as the main focus.
They are looking for the next Treasury Manager to monitor the financial risk of the group and ensure that all financial transactions are executed.
-Main responsibilities_
- Lead the Middle and Backoffice team to achieve their objectives by coaching, mentoring and developing talents
- Control middle and backoffice processes (petty cash management, AP payments, accounting, and administration)
- Control, validate, and ensure the quality of the administrative and accounting processing of all financial transactions carried out by the Corporate Finance department (cash transfers, CP management, guarantees, market transactions, debts, hedging, etc.)
- Produce budgets, forecasts, and reports on actuals and key risk/treasury figures in accordance with applicable regulations
- Produce compliance and management reporting and analysis on Middle and Back Office activities
Profile required_
- Master's degree in Finance, economics, or business engineering
- Experience in people management
- Team spirit and good communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch or French, good knowledge of the other, English is an asset
- Main place of work: Brussels
