PRODUCT TEAM ASSISTANT - SEASONAL (JUNE-SEPT):


Mission/Authority:

This self-motivated and creative individual will have strong willingness and aptitude to learn and practice basic skills in a variety of Information Services tasks for a variety of projects.

He or she will perform tasks in a variety of areas, which could include any or all of the following:
planning, testing, user interface design, user experience and support. They will work in a fast paced, flexible, iterative, deadline-oriented department.

This internship has a potential to be shaped around the expertise and educational experience of the applicant that best fits Young Life Information Service's current projects.

Essential Duties (any or all of the following):

• Analyze YL Connect Mobile usage data via analytic tools and reports.
• Assist with creating product marketing assets and copy writing as assigned.
• Write knowledge articles to answer common questions about YLC Mobile from the U.S. Field and Volunteers.
• Provide product support to end users as needed.
• Assist with other projects as needed.

Education:

• Some college or technical school.

Working Conditions:

• Remote office environment.
• This is a temporary position from June-September, 2024.

Qualifications Required for the Job:

• Proficiency with Windows operating system (Windows 7 and above).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote).
• Experience with multiple web browsers, such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari.
• Must be willing and able to learn a variety of software development software products.
• Must be a team player.
• Must be detailoriented.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
