Your Profile:

Strong operational knowledge of warehouse operations operating in JIT environment
Market knowledge of automotive spare parts and accessories logistics
Kaizen minded and outside of the box thinking
Good analytical and project management skills
Excellent communications skills is a must
Fluent in English (TME business language), any other language is an asset
MS software specialist knowledge (XL, Access, )
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience

Regional Depot Operations (RDO) (13 depots) as part of the Parts Supply Chain (PSCG)

Our essence:
Our teams in the 13 depots are accountable to deliver the right product (=Parts or information) at the right time through lean integrated logistics exceeding Customer & Stakeholder expectations with engaged members realising a sustainable future

Our Depot Transformation Team located in TPCE is responsible for the management and leadership of Network 2.0, which is one of the four important pillars of the PSCG's mid-term business plan.

In order to strengthen our team we are searching for a Specialist

You will have a varied and wide scope of activities and deliverables:

Study and monitor our depots capacity and future planning to guarantee sufficient storage capacity is available where needed considering future sales trend
Create operational layouts based upon the 3 tools (Lay out, shipping diagram and M&I) to deliver an optimizing depot lay out securing drastic efficiency improvement.
Reflect, study and gather best practices (on storage, operations, equipment, kaizen tools) in all depots and support implementation of best practices
Cost and Budget calculation & consolidation of all aspects of the Depot transformation project and make clear visualisations to support smooth approval
Prepare purchase requests and support approval process by proactive consulting with all stakeholders
Perform Depot Performance analysis and target setting through KPI data governance and reporting (safety, efficiency, quality, delivery, environmental and member engagement)
Guide & support RDO's transforming their Warehouse by guiding & supporting in developing ideal operations & storage design based on benchmark depot setups.
Strictly follow the project milestones to deliver the key activities on time & ensure timely escalation to management & seek support
