Are you someone with a drive for administrative tasks and able to fluently work in English then be sure to continue readingA company based in Zaventem is currently looking for a temporary executive assistant.


You will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Able to fully plan travel, hotel and catering arrangements for conference calls
  • Coordinate calendars and plan on and off site meetings
  • Assist regional and executive leadership with related projects
  • Attend management meetings, take minutes and plan potential followup meetings
  • Process telephone calls, mails and faxes. Important that you are able to differentiate between the importance of the different correspondences. Be in charge of cost tracking, presentations, expense claims and ordering of office equipment/supplies.
