Job Summary:

Our activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Warehouse Assistant to join our Logistics team.

This position will work in a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company's success.

Responsibilities:

Provide day to day departmental support activities as necessary: communication with internal and external providers, shipping supplies to sites, etc;
Maintain inventory updated;
Coordinate shipments between Medpace & other labs;
Coordinate and order material for Clinical trials
Kit Assembly
Tracking, receiving, unpacking, and scanning of Diagnostic Specimens

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent;
2 years' of industry experience in related similar position is welcome
Prior experience in a warehouse preferred;
Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations is desired.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
Teamworker and detailoriented with good time management skills;
Fluency in English
