Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, deploy, and maintain company's DFT/DFx standards and practices with a focus on improved quality and cost reduction.
  • Develop and implement DFT methodologies and strategies for mixedsignal designs.
  • Define, develop, and support reusable DFT IP
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure proper integration of DFT features into the overall design.
  • Provide guidance to leadership in making sound decisions in your area of expertise.
  • Deliver timely and effective communications to update senior management and key stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
  • Guide upper management toward making sound decisions in your area of expertise.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to other engineering teams.

Bachelor's degree in an Electrical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • 15+ years of work experience with a majority focused on DFT/DFx
  • Extensive knowledge and handson experience with DFT methodologies, including scan, MBIST, JTAG, analog BIST, ATPG, functional test, and test compression.
  • Proficiency in relevant EDA DFT tools (e.g., Synopsys DFT MAX, Mentor Tessent) and scripting languages (e.g., Tcl, Perl, Python).
  • Solid understanding of test time optimization techniques and strategies.
