YOUR ROLE:


The Junior Facility Manager will assist the HSC Infrastructure Manager in the planning and delivery of Facilities Management, Security Management, Resilience, Health, Safety and Sustainability in Belgium.

He/she will also support in the tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects related to facility upgrades, renovations, or expansion. He/she will facilitate responsibilities to care for our people in terms of security, safety, health and environmental aspects.


The main missions will be:

  • Assist and update of preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment, systems, and facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
  • Support the implementation and enforcement of health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Create facility related orders and establish invoice process to maintain budgetary control over facilityrelated expenses.
  • Support the tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects related to facility upgrades, renovations or expansions including maintaining documentation.
  • Encourage and promote excellence and expertise in Facility Management, Continuous Improvement, Security Management, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability topics.

YOUR PROFILE:


  • Academic education or Bachelor degree in Facility management.
  • Perfect knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of Dutch and French.
  • Engagement, autonomy and resilience are essential to this role.
  • Analytical, practical attitude, social and communication skills.
  • Initiator and inquisitive creative allrounder.
  • A relevant proven experience in Real Estate, Facility Management is a plus.
