YOUR ROLE:

The Junior Facility Manager will assist the HSC Infrastructure Manager in the planning and delivery of Facilities Management, Security Management, Resilience, Health, Safety and Sustainability in Belgium.

He/she will also support in the tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects related to facility upgrades, renovations, or expansion. He/she will facilitate responsibilities to care for our people in terms of security, safety, health and environmental aspects.

The main missions will be:

Assist and update of preventive maintenance programs to ensure the optimal functioning of equipment, systems, and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and compliance issues.
Support the implementation and enforcement of health and safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Create facility related orders and establish invoice process to maintain budgetary control over facilityrelated expenses.
Support the tracking and monitoring of ongoing projects related to facility upgrades, renovations or expansions including maintaining documentation.
Encourage and promote excellence and expertise in Facility Management, Continuous Improvement, Security Management, Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability topics.
