Functieomschrijving
    • In ons kantoor in Brussel ben je de centrale spilfiguur tussen consultants, kandidaten en klanten. Samen met je collega-assistants ondersteun je een team van consultants in hun werkzaamheden, zowel commercieel als bij de nauwkeurige uitvoering van projecten. Je staat dus in voor de volledige A-Z administratie en planning.
    • Je hebt dagelijks contacten met klanten en kandidaten, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
    • Je hebt er plezier in diverse talen te kunnen gebruiken. Je staat garant voor een snelle en gepersonaliseerde service naar klanten en kandidaten.
    Profiel
    • Je hebt een bachelor diploma.
    • Je hebt stijl en dit uit zich zowel in je voorkomen als in je taalgebruik. Je hebt een stevige basiskennis van het Frans en Engels.
    • De gangbare MS Office toepassingen (Word, Excel en PowerPoint) kennen weinig geheimen voor jou.
    • Verantwoordelijkheid, pro-activiteit, autonomie, discretie en teamspirit zijn op jouw lijf geschreven. Je lost problemen op een creatieve manier op.
    • Je bent stressbestendig en gaat nauwgezet te werk.
