Keystone Solutions is actively seeking an adept Business Continuity Manager to join our consultancy team. You will engage across various client sites, focusing on enhancing and maintaining business continuity strategies and disaster recovery plans.

This position demands a proactive approach to ensuring that client operations can sustain and quickly recover from disruptions, whether they arise from natural disasters, technological failures, or cyber threats.


Work Mode:

Hybrid (50% onsite)


Language Requirements:


  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in either French or Dutch with passive understanding of the other language

Core Responsibilities:

Strategic Development: Create, implement, and refine business continuity and disaster recovery strategies that align with client-specific objectives.

Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments to pinpoint potential threats to essential business operations and infrastructure.

Business Impact Analyses: Design and conduct analyses to identify critical system dependencies and recovery time objectives.

Plan Execution and Training: Coordinate and lead business continuity drills, ensuring all involved parties are trained and prepared for various scenarios.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders at all organizational levels to ensure business continuity plans are comprehensive, understood, and effectively implemented.

Documentation Management: Maintain detailed records of business continuity procedures, recovery plans, and exercise results.
