Job summary
We are seeking a Digital Lead to drive adoption of our digital Customer Service platforms and to elevate our internal sales operations. In this role, you will demonstrate the business value of our platforms to different internal and external stakeholders (IT, internal and external sales and marketing), engage with customers about our and their digital touchpoints,Responsibilities
- Drive user adoption, engagement and realization of the business value for our digital engagement platforms,
- Provide hands-on support to keep the platforms in good shape.
