BelSquare, the fastest growing professional real estate Broker in Belgium, is hiring a Real Estate agent, to join its young dynamic team in Brussels, with as focus on the Northern Periphery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and assist both occupiers and owners in finding suitable real estate solutions
  • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, trends, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
  • Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, LOI, etc)
  • Actively search for new clients
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Cooperate with other departments such as Valuation, Design & Build, Investment
  • Develop networks and cooperate with consultants, owners, brokers
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Requirements and skills

  • Working experience as a Real Estate Agent is a Plus
  • Ability to work independently combined with an excellent Team Spirit
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • MS Office familiarity
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
