Key job responsibilities

As the Mechanical Assemble Manager, you will be responsible for translating the organization's mission and vision into departmental objectives and following up on the implementation of defined action points.

You will build our assembly department professionally, establishing policies, systems, quality standards and procedures for the proper functioning of departmental processes.

In doing so, you oversee the budget to achieve the preset objectives.

This position also involves implementing improvements within assembly with a focus on the overall quality of our business processes and efficiently managing cost.

You will also have the opportunity to coach and inspire employees within the assembly team with the aim of optimally utilizing, securing and developing their talents, competencies and technical know-how; and like a well-functioning assembly department to operate and ensure the long-term continuity of the business.
