    SASMAR is currently seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. With our headquarters based in Brussels, Belgium, and operations in Sydney, Hong Kong, Mumbai, Malta, London, and Chicago, we are a fast-growing pharmaceutical company that specializes in personal care and fertility products, including our renowned Conceive Plus brand. Our products are distributed in over 70 countries through various channels such as supermarkets, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and drugstores.

    As an HR Generalist at SASMAR, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring the effective management of our human resources. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our global organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HR information system.
    • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview coordination.
    • Provide support in employee relations matters, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
    • Assist in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs.
    • Conduct new hire orientations and HR training sessions.
    • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
    • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in an HR role or HR internship is preferred.
    • Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
    • High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
