OUR JOB:

Marketing Cloud expert responsible for design and technical implementations
Coordinate with a team of other Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of endtoend Marketing Automation and CRM solutions
Administer and monitor the platform, debug incoming defects
Assist architecture in the creation and maintenance of the architectural blueprint
Support development and functional teams by clarifying functional requirements and technical design
Initiate communication with team(s) and across technical analysis team to ensure implementation, and support enduser training
Contribute to the growth of our Capgemini Salesforce team through coaching, knowledge transfer, and teamwork
Share lessons learned and be part of our Salesforce community/family

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

YOUR PASSPORT:

12 years of experience working directly with marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Willing to work Agile or hybrid, knowledge of these is an advantage
Intellectual curiosity with strong analytical skills focussing on technical aspects
Team player with efficient communication skills
Keen to work in an international environment
Fluent in EN and NL or FR
Must be legally able to work in BE
