Besides co-working, firma also hosts events, product launches, photoshoots, dinners, and seminars in our industrial buildings, serving as a creative hub for established companies, young entrepreneurs, and freelancers. Alongside our trusted catering partner, cantine, we ensure every event runs smoothly.

    With 2 locations and the flexibility to customize different spaces, firma is a versatile venue for monthly rentals, daily or hourly bookings, catering to both professional and private events with a focus on effective communication and storytelling.

    We are looking for dedicated, dynamic, and curious team members. We need someone reliable who knows their role, can work independently, and is always proactive.

    You will be responsible for welcoming visitors and customers at firma. Storytelling is fundamental here, and you excel at conveying the narrative. Comfortable in Dutch, English, and French, you guide guests around our location and cater to their needs, providing the finest coffees and serving delicious meals.

    Firma is all about teamwork, and we are seeking the perfect fit to complete our team.

    • Experience as a barista
    • Adept in the kitchen, efficiently preparing and serving dishes
    • Maintain cleanliness in spaces and equipment
    • Interest in 'the new way of working', promoting healthy and tasty food
    • Adaptable and resilient to stress
    • Work independently, emphasizing seamless communication within a small team
    • Proficient in Dutch and fluent in English or French
    • Available in the short term (ASAP)
    • Strong social skills and a welcoming demeanor
    • Organized, capable of handling basic administrative tasks
