Facilitates development of innovative, advanced and/or disruptive new concepts that improve or transform processes and/or products across own and related disciplines.
Manages or participates in innovationrelated initiatives to develop best practices or to support operational imperatives.
Thinks strategically about opportunities vs. goals of the department
Defines project scope & deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the technical project lead and stakeholders.
Manages development of project schedule, including key milestones, critical path and related interdependencies using appropriate tools.
Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization, including senior internal and/or external personnel on matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

Profiel

Has comprehensive understanding and knowledge of principles and concepts of Project Management and its tools, in order to lead complex projects with global, multidisciplinary teams
Ability to build costs, resources and schedule for technical projects. Working with agility and clear line of communication to reach goals on time.
Ability to influence crossfunctional team members across the network.
Ability to identify root causes and drive to problem resolution. Anticipates project issues and risks. Knows when to report or escalate risks and issues to leadership. Proactively acts to drive mitigations and issue resolution. Demonstrated initiative, drive, and creativity in problem solving.
Knowledge in GMP and broad knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes is essential.
Excellent teamwork, and ability to navigate in different areas and work with multidisciplinary teams. Comfortable to work in multifunctional and multicultural environments.

Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity, and sense of personal ownership of deliverables and results are expected.
