As a Junior Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will be:

Opening customer account;
Customer Care (answering customer questions, providing general administrative support,.)
Answer and redirect phone calls to the right departments;
Develop and maintain the database (manage customer contact list, manage confidential information,...);
Other miscellaneous administrative tasks.

Profiel

The profile we are looking for in an Administrative Assistant:

You have a Master or Bachelor degree in Administration, Office Management, Administrative Sciences, or any other education relevant to administration;
A first experience in an administrative function is a plus (including internship), but not necessary;
You are fluent in French or in English
AND have at least a B2 level in the other language;
You are recognized for your versatility and initiative and you know how to identify and manage priorities in order to meet your objectives;
You have a good command of the Pack-Office;

A salary between 2500 and 2700 euros gross;
