    Nous recherchons un·e professionnel·le de santé compétent·e et bienveillant·e pour rejoindre notre équipe. La personne idéale fournira des soins cliniques de haute qualité à une population variée de patients, y compris des patients pédiatriques, tout en contribuant à un environnement de soins collaboratif et bienveillant.

    Responsabilités principales

    • Assurer une prise en charge complète des patients : évaluation, traitement et suivi.
    • Fournir des soins pédiatriques spécialisés, en garantissant la sécurité, le confort et une communication adaptée à l'âge des enfants.
    • Réaliser des examens physiques de routine, administrer des médicaments et coordonner les plans de traitement.
    • Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires afin d'assurer la continuité des soins.
    • Maintenir une documentation clinique précise et à jour.
    • Informer et accompagner les patients et leurs familles concernant les plans de traitement, la prévention et le bien‐être.

    Qualifications

    • Diplôme, certification ou autorisation d'exercice approprié(e).
    • Expérience en milieu de soins ; une expérience en pédiatrie est fortement appréciée.
    • Excellentes compétences en communication et aisance dans l'interaction avec les enfants et leurs familles.
    • Engagement envers des soins patients centrés sur la compassion et la qualité.
