    Job Description

    You will work on challenging projects, implementing and optimizing solutions for clients in the enterprise market, with a primary focus on wireless networks and technologies.

    Act as the primary point of contact for the client, taking full responsibility for the project.

    Collaborate at a high level with clients to design the most optimal solution for their infrastructure and business environment, always starting from the client's needs and willing to go the extra mile to fulfill them.

    Together with colleagues, you proactively think about the best solutions for clients.

    As an authority on Wireless networks you assist in complex troubleshoot sessions

    You train and assists colleagues in your field of expertise.

    A day in the life of a consultant at spotitYour day starts in the morning, settling in with your team for a quick catch-up and a look at the tasks ahead. You'll dive into complex projects, implementing tailored solutions for clients in the enterprise market.

    Before noon, you'll engage with clients, ensuring the solution is aligned with their needs. This is where your problem-solving skills shine as you take ownership of every project, designing infrastructure solutions that meet both business and technical goals.

    After that, you'll collaborate with colleagues to fine-tune solutions, always thinking proactively about what's best for the client. Together, you'll adjust plans and optimize results, ensuring every detail is covered.

    As the day winds down, you'll review your progress, reflect on any challenges, and prepare for the next steps to keep the project on track. By the end of the day, you'll feel accomplished, knowing your expertise has made a significant impact on your clients' success.

    Your Profile

    Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience required; preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

    At least three years of experience as a senior network & security engineer with a focus on designing, deploying and auditing Wireless Networks.

    Experience in advising and recommending enhancements and improvements on performance and security.

    You possess RF engineering skills, such as performing predictive Site surveys (indoor/outdoor), Passive site surveys (indoor/outdoor) and Active or Post installation site survey (indoors/outdoors).

    Knowledge on authentication protocols and types, wireless encryption methods, ... is required.

    Experience with Cisco Wireless Solutions and certifications are a plus.

    Strong communicator with a client-centric approach.

    Results-oriented, highly analytical, structured, and focused on long-term solutions, prioritizing quality and timing.
