Description:

The client is looking for an experienced in IT, as all-round product owner, to tackle different smaller projects within our non-SAP environment (decommission AX, follow questions on audit, server upgrades,)

You are used working in a complex environment, following ICT guidelines whilst walking the extra mile to serve your internal business clients.
You will follow up on incidents and questions from your internal clients, fitting them as efficient as possible within the landscape.
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and Ariba is an advantage. Experience with Icertis and Docusign is a plus.

As Product Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle (from the strategical change until the operational run) of your "products".

Your products are mainly Finances and legal oriented (Ariba, SAP S4Hanna, Docusign, Icertis,...).

You will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery the services to internal customers.

This includes managing the team and service providers, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring service quality and availability, driving the strategy and vision for the products within your portfolio.

Profile

People Management:
Manage the team, currently consisting of 2 people, including:
Follow-up day-to-day activities
Providing coaching and development
Setting goals and objectives
Conducting performance evaluations
Define processes and procedures to increase efficiency and performance
Increase overall engagement within the team
Project Management:
Take up the role of Project Manager for some projects related to your products
Product Management:
Develop and execute a product strategy / roadmap
Oversee the daytoday operations of the service, including incident management, problem management, and change management
Lead and manage the delivery of services to customers, ensuring service quality and availability
Monitor and report on service performance, and take corrective action as needed
Closely manage the relationships with our suppliers and partners (supplier management)
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in service management to ensure services remain competitive

The client is looking for an experienced Product Manager that combines following background & competences:

4+ years of experience in
product management, preferably within finances and legal solutions
5+ years of experience as Project Manager
Competences
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Can work independent / can take initiative
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
Languages

Dutch, French and English is a must
