Main Mission:

• Manage the customer services for the administrative part in support of the Sales Manager.
• Team management: manage an "Internal Sales Assistant".
• Interface between the sales and the production departments.
• Support the Sales Admin services of our subsidiaries in the USA and in Germany.
• Coordinate and implement harmonized procedures for the Euresys group
• Supervise and improve the daytoday business: Management of the processing of customer purchase orders until delivery/transport:
• Validation and recording of purchase orders
• Management of delivery times
• Verification of the compliance with the pricing policies
• Management of the invoicing system
• Transport management
• Response to customer requests, including issue resolution while keeping each party informed of the situation
• Management of import and export documents
• Verification of customs documents
• Order tracking
• Loan management

Experience

• Experience in international trading
• Management of export licenses
• Export management worldwide
• Export schemes, chain sales, triangular sales
• Preferential Origin, Declaration of Origin, Made in...
• Management of AEO, REX certifications
• Experience with an ERP system

• Key User ERP

• Sales Admin

Education & qualification requirements:

• Master's in foreign trade and international business or similar
• Three to five years of experience in a similar function
• Experience in team management
• Logistics experience

Languages
Written and spoken professional proficiency in French, English and German


Skills:
