- Preparation and coordination of PowerPoint presentations for the group CEO and group CFO (board meetings, CEO gatherings, Investment Committee, etc.).
- Control activities related to our Corporate entities, including preparing, reviewing, and discussing quarterly reporting packages (P&L figures, BS), as well as the monthly cash flow statement.
- Control activities related to our digital tools, involving preparing, reviewing, and discussing monthly/quarterly reporting packages (P&L figures, BS, cash flow statement, KPIs).
- Control activities of potential future acquisitions.
- Assistance in generating ad hoc reports/figures as requested by the group CEO and group CFO.
- Support for the quarterly forecasting process.
- Optimization of processes.
- Quarterly detailed review of general ledger movements in the P&L and BS of all group entities using PowerBI reporting tool and reporting findings to the team.
- Prepare quarterly/monthly reports detailing elements below EBITDA (depreciations, financial results, extraordinary results) for the Group.
- Assist the team in integrating new acquisitions in Tagetik (consolidation and reporting software) if necessary.
- Participate in the setup/design of new/existing reports in Tagetik and PowerBI.
- Support for the annual budgeting process.
- Report to the Controlling team lead.
- Master's or bachelor's degree (preferably in economics).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in audit or a similar controlling role.
- Must have expertise in Excel.
- Proficient in PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of accounting is beneficial.
- Familiarity with PowerBI is an advantage, but can also be acquired on the job.
- Proactive, accountable, efficient, accurate, and hands-on.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
- Adaptable.
- Motivated and a team player.
