Job summary
We are looking for an Operational Excellence Director to drive growth and transformation at our Cartamundi site in Turnhout.The successful candidate will play a key role in defining and implementing a site-wide strategy for continuous improvement,
spanning operations, quality, supply chain, HR, and finance.
- Develop a long-term Operational Excellence strategy aligned with global guidelines.
- Create and implement a roadmap for basic CI tools at the frontline level.
- Orientate processes to improve efficiency,reducing costs,and enhancing quality collaborating closely with operational leaders.
