Your role:


As a Sales Manager in the Almacena Sales team, you will represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.

For expanding our customers base and extending our global reach you will create and execute a strategic sales plan. Your expertise and coaching skills are needed to guide and inspire the junior team members. You will be in close contact with the CEO to define the company's growth strategy. Your goal is to create and maintain a high-performance sales force, able to meet their objectives.

To reach this objectives, your main tasks will be:

  • Create reports for sales outreach methods and events.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow longlasting relationships by understanding their needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
  • Manage monthend and yearend close processes.
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.


Our ideal sales manager has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals.

The role requires regular visits to your customers and stakeholders (Europe).


Your background
- + 5 year experience in a sales role and a proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

  • Coaching and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English, any other language will be a plus.
  • Passionate about coffee and technology.
