As a Master Data Intern, you are part of the Danone Business Services (DBS) Master Data team in Benelux, which plays a crucial role in supporting the business across all facets.

With strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, we ensure that our data is not just reliable but actionable, empowering decision-makers at every level.

Out team has a collaborative atmosphere, where ideas are freely exchanged.

Your responsibilities:

You'll be responsible for supporting the Master Data in administrating and cleansing various data domains in the ERP and other tools.

You report to the assigned Master Data Specialist and Master Data Manager responsible for the sales business units in Benelux.

Perform deactivation and data cleansing activities.
Be responsible for accurate, consistent, and timely maintenance of customer or material or pricing conditions into SAP.
Proactively propose changes to improve master data processes and update documentation in line with business and system requirements.
Take part in harmonization projects and be the point of contact for any master data requests for these projects.
Coordinate and execute on demand of mass load requests based on data object type (e.g., Material, Customer, Pricing).
Handle documentations with a clearly defined view and organized approach.

In addition to the above, as you will be a part of a dynamic Master data team, you might also have the opportunity to be part of other projects and activities that will be available during the internship period.

About you

Fluent in English
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must)
SAP knowledge (highly preferrable)
You have strong analytical skills and are organized.
Accurate and attentive to details.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
