Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Brussels for a Sales Specialist.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting and selling the company's diamond products, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Additional responsibilities include managing the sales process, providing training to clients about the products, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.
The candidate will play a key role in fostering customer satisfaction and expanding Vekariya Gems' clientele.Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in delivering excellent customer service
Experience in sales and sales management, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets
Ability to provide training on products to enhance customer understanding and engagement
Knowledge of the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
