About the role

The Manufacturing Systems Expert provides technical expertise to support all issues related to electronic batch records (eBRs) and/or serialization data.

The MSE supports the development, implementation and continuous improvement of MES in the production units and provides routine technical support on the shop floor.

Your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Defining the required user specifications ("Voice of Customer").
Electronic batch files (EBR) design and creation with consideration of quality, cost and deadlines.
MBR / BOM / SAP data creation in production IT systems.
Participate in the qualification and risk assessment processes.
Propose automation and technical support validation with the quality team.
Participate in the rollout of MES/serialization projects in the various production units, in close cooperation with the units.
Responsible for updating production documentation after implementation of electronic batch files/serialization requirements.
Provide training for MES users in collaboration with the training team.
Ensure followup and processing of deviations and change control while meeting deadlines and applicable regulations.
Responsible for technical knowledge transfer regarding MES / MIS to the shop floor and ensure preparation of audits and inspections for related issues around MES / serialization.
Collaborate with process experts on deviations connected to MES / MIS and continuous process improvement.

Role Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

Scientific degree or equivalent work experience;
Minimum 2 years of experience in a support role in a GMP manufacturing environment;
Data management, automation and computer system background preferred;
Fluent in Dutch and English.
