Transfer Pricing Tax Specialist (H/F/X)

Your role as a Transfer Pricing Tax Specialist
As part of the ENGIE Group's Transfer Pricing team, you will assist the tax managers of the various Business Units and the ENGIE Corporate entity on matters relating to:


  • In the area of transfer pricing, you will interact with the operational teams to understand and analyze the key elements for determining/validating the arm's length nature of the prices of intra-group transactions, taking into account specific circumstances.

In terms of reporting and documentation formalities, you will contribute to the drafting of documentation reports, but also provide technical assistance and review other transfer pricing documentation to ensure the overall consistency of documentation reports and compliance with local obligations.

As regards disputes (tax audits, administrative resolutions, pre-litigation), you will contribute to the preparation of responses to tax authorities and to risk assessment; you will take part in any dispute resolution procedures (price agreements, amicable/arbitration procedures, litigation).


You will be in contact with a large number of internal contacts (operational staff, controllers, accountants, lawyers, tax specialists, etc.) and external contacts (consultancies, auditors, tax authorities) at European level.)




Your profile as a Transfer Pricing Tax Specialist

  • You have a postgraduate degree in economics and finance (Ecole supérieure de commerce, DECF, DESCF, IEP, etc.).
- you will have acquired 5 years' experience in transfer pricing within international groups or consultancies (specialized or "Big 4").

  • You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing.
  • You have excellent writing skills in French and especially in English (synthetic and didactic).
  • You are well organized and a have good pedagogical sense, and you know how to convince people and put across your points of view.
  • You are willing to travel regularly within Belgium, France and Europe.

  • Thoroughness, clarity and the ability to summarize.
