- Application et développement de nouvelles méthodes et des améliorations du laboratoire.
- Participer au « ring test » physico et micro pour la qualification du laboratoire et de l'opérateur.
- Participer aux audits labo et aux exercices traçabilité.
- Suivre les tests de la technologie.
- Suivi des stocks de produits pour les analyses, des logbook des appareils, de la calibration et des documents d'encodage.
- Assurer le respect des guides pour les méthodes physico-chimiques.
- Analyser les matières premières, les produits finis et intermédiaires et communiquer les anomalies.
- Bachelor/MSc en chimie, food science ou équivalent.
- Avoir une expérience de minimum de 2 ans en labo physico-chimique, en méthode GC, HPLC, ELISA, PCR, NIR, FoodLab.
- Une expérience dans un labo microbiologique est un plus.
- Connaissances de GMP.
- Français et anglais courant. Toute autre langue est un plus.
