Job Description:

Product Technician

Main duties:
Technician will be dedicated to the emission test cell work packages as described:

Work Package 1 Chassis dyno: The following activities will be performed.

Start-up and shutdown of the facilities:

Dyno control systems (incl. warm-up) / Engine ECU acquisition equipment / Exhaust gas analysis

equipment / other acquisition equipment.

Perform a "safety check": facility, equipment and vehicle check before start. Follow the foreseen

check sheets for that.

Installation or exchange of gas bottles for exhaust gas analysers. + support consumption followup.
Daily and weekly cleanup.

Work Package 2 Chassis dyno: The following activities will be performed

Vehicle safety check:

According to established procedure.

Vehicle preparation:

Install acquisition equipment until full operational state.
Draining and refill fuel tank with correct test fuel (according to test request).
Proper installation and connection to the different devices and power sources needed to

guarantee no data loss.

Work Package 3 Chassis dyno: The following activities will be performed.

Emission tests (according to the test requests):

Install the car on dyno
Install, connect and prepare the additional measuring equipment (smoke, opacity, Sox analyser,
Prepare emission test analyser and dyno for the test
Select correct R/L settings.
Perform R/L adaptation.
Perform emission tests on all different patterns.
Perform Coast down.
Ensure data availability after the test both on ECU data and CDY acquisition systems.
Daily and weekly cleanup.
Fill in on daily base the chassis dyno occupation followup documents

Qualifications:

Profile:

Prior demonstrate experience in similar working place for each one of the activities (2years).

Languages:

Minimum B2 English level.
Added value if other language
