Job Description:


As part of the internal HC Cargo Germany sales team, the Automotive Aftermarket Business Developer is an interface to customers located in the Benelux countries, supports and ensures operational efficiency for the local business.


As Business Developer you are responsible for:

  • Sales and profitability targets
  • Development support of customer base in line with overall company targets including customer acquisition plan
  • Functional guidance of outside sales consultants including visit coordination and collection of customer feedback
  • Order management support & Customer relationship management via phone, (e)mail and in perso
  • Customer relationship management and coordination
  • Support of pricing and rebate models
  • Follow up on due payments and open orders
  • Close collaboration with outside sales consultants including visit coordination and collection of customer feedback
  • Promotional campaign support for local markets including translations
  • Limited technical assistance for automotive service centers over the phone
  • Coordination with German warehouse activities, inside sales team and accounting department

Qualifications:


  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business or related matters
  • You have Minimum 4 year of professional experience and industry knowledge in technical sales (preferably automotive electrics)
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and French. Knowledge of German is an asset.
  • You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills & high level of selfmotivation.
  • You work in an independent, organized and wellstructured way
  • You have good MS-Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
  • You have a high willingness to travel
