Your Role
In your role you will be leading the strategy development for content and marketing output.

You will be coaching and leading the team, ensuring that the strategy is implemented and that the customer experience across our different channels are in line with our strategic objectives.

Your ability to be creative and innovative with content, communication strategies and a strong data approach will make the difference in the divisional communication.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the division's digital marketing strategy and plan, in line with the division's vision, mission, and goals.
  • Be accountable for the divisional websites, ensuring that it is userfriendly, SEOfriendly, and uptodate with relevant and engaging content.
  • Create and execute effective social media campaigns, using various platforms, such as LinkedIn and YouTube, to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Propose new and innovative ways of getting our message to our end customers.
  • Monitor and measure the performance and ROI of the digital marketing campaigns, using tools, such as Google Analytics, Powerbi and provide regular reports and insights to the management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and evaluate the digital marketing trends, competitors, and customer behavior, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  • Align and support the central digital marketing team and external agencies and ensure compliance with the division's policies and guidelines.
  • Align and support designated customer centers.
  • Support competence development in all aspects of digital marketing for customer centers. Ensuring that divisional content is adopted and used.

  • At least 58 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or communications
  • Proven experience in project management with the ability to lead projects of different sizes and complexity and see them through completion. This includes keeping on track all parties involved, on their requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • The ability to complete projects in a timely manner, and in an organized, systematic, and transparent way.
  • The ability to function independently in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • A cando attitude, hunger to grow and to learn, and will do so proactively by own initiative throughguidance of manager and team members.
  • An entrepreneurial handson approach to come with solutions to new projects.
  • The ability to work on own initiative while also being a real team player.
  • The maturity to ask for help when needed and report issues when necessary.
