Pour renforcer notre Département Finance, nous recherchons un(e) Technical Calculator.
En tant que Technical Calculator vous effectuez des analyses de prix de revient et/ou rentabilité d'un ou plusieurs scénarios de shop visit en support au processus de management commercial et/ ou Accounts afin de permettre aux managers concernés de prendre une décision pertinente avant le début des travaux.
Vous exécutez un calcul à postériori afin de pouvoir faire une comparaison entre le calcul prévisionnel et la main d'œuvre et les matériaux effectivement utilisés.
Votre rôle:
• Vous élaborez des devis en dehors du périmètre ERP (moteurs/ missions/ réparations internes/ assurance/ ...) et vous établissez ad hoc des analyses de coûts à la demande du groupe ou Safran ;
• Vous suivez et analysez les KPI et exploitez les résultats des analyses des coûts dans la base de données (COFOL) et signalez les heures de travail au Groupe Safran pour retex ;
• Vous veillez à l'exactitude des calculs de prix de revient proposés et à la rentabilité et contribue ainsi à la satisfaction finale des clients et de l'actionnaire;
• Vous fournissez les rapports demandés sur les calculs de prix à temps et de manière correcte ;
• Vous assurez le suivi, l'interprétation et la mise à jour des conditions de prix de vente ainsi la confidentialité vis-à-vis les contrats clients ;
• Vous maintenez une bonne communication avec les différents départements dans la société.
Job Requirements
Votre profil:
• Vous détenez un diplôme de niveau d'enseignement secondaire supérieure général/technique ou équivalent par expérience.
• Vous avez une affinité technique pertinente permettant de comprendre et de traduire en coûts les différents scénarios de shop visit (workscope) de l'entretien moteur
• Bonne compréhension des conditions commerciales et contractuelles.
• Vous possédez les connaissances logiciels courants (MS Office) et ERP.
• Vous avez une bonne compréhension de l'enregistrement logistique et des processus d'entreprise dans le système ERP
• Vous travaillez d'une façon autonome et précise, vous avez naturellement sens de la confidentialité.
• Vous avez bonne connaissance de la langue française et anglaise et vous pouvez vous débrouiller en néerlandais.
