    Restoring Brussels' most fabulous address

    Nestled on Rue Royale in Notre Dame aux Neiges, this Belle Époque jewel, sculpted by Henri van Dievoet, has stood as a proud witness to the epochs and events that shaped Brussels. Now, the fabled Grand Hotel Astoria will re-emerge as Corinthia Brussels later in 2024, a beacon of elegance and luxury in the heart of the Belgian capital.

    Following a meticulous restoration, Corinthia Brussels will marry the classical elegance of its storied past with sophisticated modern facilities including 126 rooms and suites, a gastronomic restaurant and brasserie, and 1000 square metres of wellness. Catering to discerning locals and luxury travellers, Corinthia Brussels will harmonise heritage with an avant-garde attitude.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Digital Marketing Executive for Corinthia Brussels will manage the digital program for the hotel, activating all relevant digital touchpoints including maintaining the hotel's online presence such as the hotel website, PPC campaigns and email marketing. This role will also work closely with the Revenue team to align Marketing efforts to business needs.

    Be part of the opening team for this exciting project in Brussels, working for Brussels' most fabulous address, including a luxury hotel but so much more; from a 1000sqm spa, gastronomic restaurant and brasserie, to a members club and retail concept space. This role will have the unique opportunity to work across all the outlets during a truly exciting pre-opening phase.

    ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Ensure correct and up to date representation of Corinthia Brussels across all consumer facing platforms, working closely with other teams where necessary

    · Manage content related tasks such as asset management and OTA content

    · Define and manage relevant language translations in French, Dutch and English for the hotel's digital presence including newsletter distribution

    · Activate all promotions and offers across relevant communications channels with a focus on driving direct booking on brand website

    · Craft compelling monthly hotel email campaigns that resonate with our audience to drive key metrics including engagement and conversion promoting both the hotel and its various outlets (spa, restaurants)

    · Manage and maintain stay related messaging for the property

    · Curate enticing storytelling for the property travel guides on the hotel website, including SEO focused text and working with copywriters as needed to develop key stories

    · Collaborate with central Marketing team on PPC and display campaigns for Corinthia Brussels and ensure relevant budget distribution for prospecting and retargeting

    · Manage property page on Corinthia brand website, ensuring full SEO optimisation and keep all content and photography up to date

    · Support the outlets of Corinthia Brussels (spa, restaurant) with any digital campaigns and maintenance of online presence

    · Work closely with Social Media Executive to ensure activation of key promotions and offers, and to ensure cohesiveness across all consumer-facing channels

    · Collaborate with Revenue team to enable relevant offers for Corinthia Brussels and align on required Marketing support according to business needs

    · Support to develop and print required hotel collateral in line with brand guidelines and templates

    · Deliver monthly reporting according to defined KPIs

    TALENT PROFILE

    Experience:

    · 2-3 years in a similar role

    Skills & Knowledge:

    · Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including email marketing, website optimization, SEO, PPC campaigns

    · Experience using a CMS for updating websites

    · Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics

    Education or Qualification:

    · Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing or similar field

    Requirements:

    · Strong command of English language. Fluency in written Dutch and French a plus.
