Cegeka Connected Health, de Healthcare divisie van Cegeka is op zoek naar een Implementator voor het C-Meal team. In deze rol zal je hoofdzakelijk functionele implementaties uitvoeren bij onze klanten, onze C-Meal maaltijdbeheersoftware wordt gebruikt in ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra, psychiatrische instellingen en revalidatiecentra. De software stelt automatisch een gepersonaliseerde maaltijd samen op basis van de voorkeur van de patiënt en zijn of haar medisch dossier. Het vereenvoudigt de registratie, productie en distributie van maaltijden, en verbetert zo de ervaring voor patiënten en personeel. Je begeleidt de C-meal implementatie bij nieuwe klanten van A-Z. Je ent het proces van de klant op ons pakket, samen met de klant zorg je voor een optimale configuratie, je geeft opleiding via het " train the trainer" principe en je begeleidt de stuurgroepen.
Na de implementatie geeft je de klanten de nodige ondersteuning: first en second line support & problemsolving.
In pre-sales trajecten werk je proposals en projectvoorstellen uit en adviseer je de klanten. Je bent een echte ambassadeur van ons C-Meal pakket

Vaardigheden
Je hebt ervaring met het begeleiden van implementatietrajecten van softwarepakketten.
Je hebt ervaring in businessprocessen van voedingsadministratie in de zorgsector (bij voorkeur als diëtist(e) binnen een zorginstelling). Ervaring met C-Meal vormt zeker een groot pluspunt.
Je hebt ervaring en/of interesse in een consulting-rol (conceptueel denken, kunnen vertalen naar en vooral zich inleven in de leefwereld en de businessprocessen van de klant)
Naast het opstarten van nieuwe projecten hou je er ook van om het aanspreekpunt te blijven van bestaande klanten en steeds een optimale dienstverlening te verlenen.
