We aim to be the go-to supplier for organizations seeking compressor parts, consumables, or lubricants. Our clientele consists of small to medium-sized businesses from over 60 countries.

To support our growth, we are seeking an inside sales officer.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining customer relations and ensuring top-notch daily service.
  • Serving as the primary contact for customers in your region.
  • Handling requests by preparing and delivering tenders and technical documents.
  • Supporting the sales team in increasing sales and performance, including setting appointments and post-sales follow-ups.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs, propose enhancements, and address issues promptly.
  • Managing customer calls and inquiries, as well as administrative tasks.
  • Collaborating with customer service for optimal customer assistance.
  • Keeping CRM data updated and managing quotations.

Requirements:

We seek a proactive professional with a background in internal sales, business development, or customer support, along with:
  • Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of similar experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Must be fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a bonus.
