Voor een van onze klanten in Brussel zoeken we met spoed een HR Officer. Als je "JA" kunt aanvinken bij de volgende taken, is deze baan misschien wel iets voor jou

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het organiseren van de opleidingen. Van het op zoek gaan naar een geschikte opleiding tot het aanvragen van subsidies.

Je doet algemene HR gerelateerde taken

Je zorgt voor HR gerelateerde rapportages voor de directie en het management

Je zal alles omtrent fietsleasing opvolgen

Je doet de opvolging van maaltijdcheques, Eco cheques,..

Je bent Back-up voor de payroll, vloot en verzekeringen

Je zal vacatures opstellen en opvolgen

Zij plannen, ontwerpen en bouwen een concurrerend wereldwijd netwerk om goederen eenvoudig en betrouwbaar over land, over zee en door de lucht te transporteren, op te slaan en te behandelen. Wat verwachten we van een HR Officer? Als je bij elk punt een vinkje kunt zetten, aarzel dan niet om je kandidaat te stellen.

Je hebt al een eerste werkervaring in HR

Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans, Engels is een plus

Je werkt proactief en neemt initiatief waar nodig en bent communicatief sterk.

Je bent empathisch en beschikt over de nodige Social skills.

Je bent praktisch, nauwkeurig, gedreven en een echte doorzetter, diplomatisch en leergierig.
