Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, DI&T, Regional Deployment, located in Beerse (Belgium) or Europe.


The Deployment Senior Analyst, Digital Identification & Traceability, will be a key role in the DI&T department within the J&J Supply Chain organization, and report to the Regional Deployment Manager.

This role will be responsible for executing the operational capability for several programs including Serialization, Global Data Synchronization (GDS) and Unique Device Identification (UDI) in J&J.

Serving as a point of contact and having day-to-day operational leadership with Customers, Supply Chain partners, multiple business franchises and other functions in the organization to ensure execution of our capabilities and service to our customers' requirements.


The role will own or support the operational base business activities of the region for Serialization, Unique Device Identification, Global Data Synchronization, and emerging capabilities.


The scope of the current role includes:

  • Geographic Breadth
  • Regional (EMEA) support of base business for DI&T Products including Serialization, UDI, GDS, and emerging product identification and tracking capabilities
  • Regional (EMEA) support to global initiatives including shared systems and overlapping synergies to drive standardization and compliance


  • Business Breadth

  • All segments (Med Devices & Pharma), EndtoEnd SC functions (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality), Commercial, IT, Data, Regulatory Affairs and Finance.


  • Levels of influence

  • Peers, Managers, Directors on a Global & Regional basis.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the regional operational base business activities for specific DI&T capabilities, with a specific focus upon UDI while maintaining effective communication with internal partners and customers across Medical Devices and Pharma business segments.
  • Define & lead projects to source & provide the data across the enterprise in support of customer requests, in a timely manner
  • Own specific tasks as part of larger projects to ensure timely and within budget delivery while coordinating tasks across functions and geographies.
  • Partner with business leaders, J&J Technology, Commercial our MAKE and DELIVER organizations to provide the highest level of data quality and enable efficient digital strategies for our customers.
  • Assist customers to stay in sync with requirements during new product introductions and process changes.
  • Support the DI&T Product Owner teams in development of scope and plans for new market regulations, compliance requirements & data delivery requests & communicate any impacts internally to our business segment partners.
  • Map new market regulations to our internal digital solutions at an attribute level highlighting where changes will be requirement
  • Track and report both tactically & executively on the Value creation opportunities enabled through individual data exchange initiatives
  • Coordinate the master data setup for region including metrics reporting.
  • Drive compliance in deployment phase to ensure milestones are met for regional regulatory compliance to the laws and statutes relating to Serialization and UDI. Lead regional Analyst for base business support, as needed.
  • Challenge the organization by identifying innovative opportunities that drive value for our business including emerging capabilities such as RFID and Blockchain.

Qualifications:


Education:

**: A bachelor's degree, at a minimum.


Experience and Skills:


Required:


  • A minimum of Four (4) years of relevant business experience.
  • Supply Chain experience.
  • Experience writing SOPs using good documentation practices
  • Past experience synthesizing large quantities of process and data/technical information and presenting clear recommendations to multiple organizational levels
  • Ability to both lead projects & execute projects
  • Ability to work in a crossfunctional environment within a global supply chain
  • Excellent analytical skills & attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) and ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels within the organisation.

Preferred:


  • Understanding of UDI and/or GDS, with exposure to industry standards such as GS1 (Global Standards organization) being an advantage
  • Ability to build and drive progression of business metrics
  • Ability to lead and influence others in a sophisticated matrix organization
  • Expertise in Excel functionality, with the ability to write and execute macros, validate data, and run scenarios
  • Ability to develop relationships and encourage confidence and trust from partners at all levels both internal and external
