Job Purpose:

As a Loyalty Analyst Intern, you'll be at the forefront of our Loyalty and CRM team, unravelling the secrets hidden within customer data.

Your analytical skills will be the driving force behind our customer-centric strategies, optimizing our loyalty program.

Key responsibilities

Crafting insights through the analysis of loyalty program effectiveness
Uncovering customer behavior trends to finetune communication and promotional strategies
Mastering customer segmentation and audience analysis
Leveraging cuttingedge tools like Tableau and Adobe Analytics for data visualization and reporting
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure loyalty program success

Requirements:

A recent graduate or finalyear student in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
A flair for analytical thinking and problemsolving
Proficiency in SQL and experience with Web Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture)
Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Adeptness in MS Office Suite
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, thriving in fastpaced collaborative environments
Previous internship experience in ecommerce, data analysis, or CRM a bonus.

Start date:
ASAP for 6 or 12 months.
