General position description
Travelling might be required in Europe.

Responsibilities and tasks

Strong willingness to understand the business side of assigned topics, to analyze, review, and update IT requirements from business/functional requirements.
Management of third parties' providers/manufacturers, with respect to data architecture, data governance, operational support and service levels.
Ensure the progress of the different topics, take charge of tasks in an autonomous manner.
Administrative aspects inherent to management (manage contract, meeting organization and follow up, etc.)
Ensure proper communication with our users/stakeholders
Assist the Technical Architect in defining and reviewing the technical requirements for the platform, including security, performance, quality, and operations requirement
Collection and report quality metrics and perform quality review
Determine quality KPIs and other controls
Contribute to ensure organizational readiness and business commitment for deployment
Proactive approach against recurring issues
Collaboration with other Support engineers and Product owners to make sure that the architecture components interact to fulfill the requirements and meet performance goals

Profile

University degree in Information Technology is Preferable
At least 5 years' experience in complex environment performing as a development Lead or Project manager
Excellent writing and oral communication skills in English
Good Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with different providers and/or contributors located in various countries
Strong knowledge and experience with Java or.

NET based development tools

Strong organization and planning skills
Strong analytical skills and structured problem solving
Ability to work independently and team setting with competing deadlines
Demonstrate good collaboration skills
Motivation to work within a multinational and multicultural professional environment
ITIL foundation certified or equivalent experience
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
Familiar with SharePoint, Jira and Teams.
