- Coordinate and manage the internal and external maintenance team
- Organize and supervise preventive maintenance, repairs, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and costs
- Participate in investment projects and the acquisition of new equipment
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget
- Contribute actively to the company's continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving efforts.
- You have a degree in Engineering
- You have a previous experience in food sector
- You have a previous experience in people management
- You speak French and English.
