As a Scrum Master, your responsibilities will include

Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles for efficient product development.
Product Quality and Value: Collaborate with the team for highvalue, highquality product delivery, leveraging extensive Scrum Master experience.
Impediment Removal: Identify and eliminate obstacles to maintain a smooth workflow and efficient development.
Agile Coaching: Guide the team in Agile practices, emphasizing continuous improvement and demonstrating strong leadership.
Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with neighboring teams to facilitate seamless delivery and enhance crossteam communication.
Coordination with Backend Team: Ensure effective collaboration with the Backend team to assess impacts on other assets.
Global Collaboration: Work with Offshore developers, showcasing adaptability and effective communication in a multicultural environment.

Wat zoeken wij?
**Have you got what it takes ?

You have sufficient experience with Jira
You have at least 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team
You are fluent in English and French OR Dutch
You have good communication skills
You are interested in web technologies and new technology
You are an enthusiastic team player
