    Financiële inzichten geven de strategie van KBC Bank & Verzekeringen vorm. Als bedreven financieel analist is dat wat jou drijft: impact .

    Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je staat in voor de controle, analyse en rapportering van meerdere kostendomeinen in KBC Bank & Verzekering in België (HR-, IT-, Facilitaire kosten,...).
  • Je werkt diepgaande kostenanalyses uit om tot driver-based inzichten te komen.
  • Op basis van die inzichten geef je advies aan onze managers rond cost controlling.
  • Je contacteert verschillende partijen, departementen om dieper in te duiken op bepaalde kosten en financiële gegevens. Naast het analyseren en bevragen, ben jij ook in staat om bepaalde zaken te challengen en mee te denken als een ware business partner.

    • Jouw troeven?

  • Idealiter heb je een masterdiploma en/of enkele jaren ervaring in finance of in een controlling-functie . Heb je specifieke expertise rond cost controlling dan is dat een grote meerwaarde.
  • Analyseren en je inzichten helder verwoorden, dat zijn je sterktes.
  • Gestructureerd en accuraat werken is een evidentie voor jou.
  • Je bent ondernemend . Een wit blad voor je en de ruimte om een nieuw concept uit te werken, dat motiveert je.
  • Ook onder tijdsdruk werk je resultaatgericht verder met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Wanneer een situatie wijzigt, pas je je vlot aan.
  • Je hebt oog voor al de belanghebbende partijen en kan dit vertalen naar een goed stakeholdermanagement.
