The Responsibilities:
Lead Application Developer

As the new Lead Application Developer, you will be the technical reference for development practices and techniques, proposing and implementing best practices and driving excellence.

At the group level, ensure that the latest technologies are continually being considered and adopted

Continually develop own skills and act as a mentor to help increase the overall capability of the team

Proven experience in the following tech environments: Net Core, IDS, Docker, K8S, SPA, SQL, REST, Kubernetes

Good knowledge of object-oriented design and experience with service-oriented architecture.

Experience with agile development methodologies including Kanban and Scrum Experience

Excellent problem-solving skills

Demonstrable ability to make appropriate decisions in a variety of different scenarios
