Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid role for a Research and Development (R&D) Director / Manager based in Hong Kong SAR, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed.
The individual will lead, oversee, and coordinate research projects and development initiatives. Responsibilities include driving R&D strategy, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality and innovation in deliverables. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the strategic growth and success of the organization.Qualifications
Expertise in Research and Development (R&D) and Research methodologies
Strong Team Management and Team Leadership skills with a proven ability to inspire and guide a team
Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and meeting project milestones
Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities
Strong communication and collaboration capabilities
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is required; a PhD or equivalent experience in a related domain is desirable
Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies is a plus
