Functie

  • Building prototypes, proof of concept, and even complete motors.
  • Accurate mounting of all components (stator, rotor, shaft, bearings, etc).
  • Assemble motors according to internal standards, clear procedures, and quality requirements.
  • Conduct experiments and develop assembly process optimizations.
  • Complete the tasks on time and to highquality standards.

Functie-eisen

  • Degree in a technical field, preferably (electro) mechanics.
  • Several years of relevant handson work experience in a mechanical assembly/production environment is a plus.
  • You are familiar with different mechanical technologies and you can operate a multitude of mechanical workshop tools.
  • You have a focus on detail and quality in all your tasks.
  • You are proactive, a good communicator, versatile, and have the flexibility to easily deal with change.
  • You are proficient in working with computers and developing/following work instructions.
  • You can work independently as well as in a team.
