Your mission
Aggreko is powering customers in the (heavy) industry, logistic services, building and construction sectors.

Hence we'd like to welcome a field based Sales Representative / Commercial Engineer / Sales Specialist dedicated to these customer segments.

For your customers operations' reliability, flexibility and sustainability are no longer optional. They are essential.

Aggreko stands as a trusted partner to them, delivering the critical power, heating, cooling, and energy‑transition solutions that keep our customers productive, compliant, and moving forward without delays.

With fast deployment, modular setups, and round‑the‑clock support, we help customers maintain efficiency, meet deadlines, and control costs.

You will be dedicated to customers across the Provinces of Liege and Luxemburg and at the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg.

Responsibilities

  • Connect complex customer challenges to technical solutions highlighting reliability value for essential services.
  • Cultivate relationships from operational teams to executive leadership across utility organizations
  • Create effective strategies with medium to longterm growth perspective aligned with infrastructure cycles.
  • Manage opportunities through extended sales cycles with multiple regulatory and compliance decision points.
  • Apply utility infrastructure knowledge to position solutions for sectorspecific challenges and grid requirements.
  • Develop compelling commercial approaches while navigating complex procurement environments and public sector regulations.
Performance indicators

  • Account acquisition and development across projects in the heavy industry, building and construction sector.
  • Consistently driving revenue growth through consultative selling of complex technical solutions.
  • Manage proposals and contracts while maintaining accurate longrange pipeline forecasts in this highly regulated industry where reliability and compliance are paramount.
  • Our sales behaviours: driven, resilient, curious and disciplined.
Location
Provinces of Liege and Luxemburg and the Grand Duchy of Luxemburg. With regular meetings at the Benelux offices of Aggreko at Antwerp and sometimes at Moerdijk (NL)

What we're looking for

  • Driven by customer success and having a proven track record in project based, electrotechnical solution selling.
  • Ideally you understand power generation and/or industrial temperature control.
  • Direct experience of acquiring and selling to customers in the heavy industry.
  • Proficient in managing commercial and contractual data in management systems.
  • A native French speaker, advanced level of English.
  • You hold a valid driver's license.
